The Physical Introduction is an introductory format that works through movement rather than words. It is not about reenacting particular scenes of a performance, but about recreating movement principles or the special atmosphere of a piece through improvisation and mindfulness exercises. The format is aimed at anyone who is curious to experience a specific movement quality or choreographic idea and to approach dance not only by looking at it. No previous dance experience is necessary. Comfortable clothing is recommended, but not a must. At the end you can easily switch to the performance.
