In this workshop, teens and young adults interested in dance can immerse themselves in the world of urban dance. The program includes the styles of the 70s with popping and locking, the house dance of the 80s, the old school hip hop of the 90s and the modern new style hip hop of today. The course includes technique, basic steps, choreography and freestyle skills.

Under the guidance of Dhélé Agbetou, participants can improve their ability to learn steps, improvise, understand their body and express themselves individually through dance. The course is suitable for all who enjoy movement, want to discover their artistic talents and get to know other enthusiastic movers.

Dhélé feels at home in both urban and contemporary dance. He has won numerous hip hop battles in Germany, France, Israel, South Africa and Japan and tours internationally as a dancer. For over 10 years, he has been committed to introducing children and young people to hip hop culture through dance. Among other things, he founded the Urban Stylez Festival in Bielefeld which now takes place internationally. In 2021, he received the Bielefeld Culture Prize for his initiative. Dhélé is the youngest board member of the Dachverband Tanz Deutschland, where he is committed to developing sustainable structures for the urban dance scene.
